Job description

- Monitor all the daily, weekly and monthly report from sales team.
- Responsible for all the stock movement include In and out.
- Manage day to day operation of overall accounting and financial activities
- In-charge of all the purchasing for the company.
- Able to handle basic accounts.
- Administer account files and records in order to ensure accurate customer or supplier payment.
- Manage customers' accounts by recording account information.
- Prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports in a timely submission to Management.
- Maintain efficient filing system for audit and statutory requirement.
- Provide Administrative and Human Resources support.
- Must work within company policies and procedures and in compliance with all Territorial Acts and Legislation. Failure to provide adequate services may result in lost of jobs performance.

                    

Requirements

- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Certificate in Administration.
- Possess active, friendly attitude and pleasant smile.
- Required skill(s) : MS Office, Accounting & Book-keeping.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 3 month(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in USJ Subang Jaya.
