Job description

-Project planning,organizing,implementation and monitoring.

-Managing project documentation.

-Meeting deadline,quality,cost and safety requirements.

-Plan tasks/project schedule and attend to site matters.

-Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.

-Liaise with clients,authorities,consultants,suppliers and sub contractors.

-Ability to prepare quotation ,tenders,estimations,material orders and sourcing will be an added advantage.

-Ensures the business need is being addressed and champions the project to corporate / Programme Management.

-Ensures the right Project Board and PM team is appointed.

-Review the project regularly,authorizing expenditure for the next stage or changes to plan.

-Ensures the project remains  aligned with the organisation's strategic plan.

-Has the authority to resolve project issues that exceed the PM's delegation.
                    

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a diploma,Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering(Others)  Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 

- Required skill(s):ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO/TS 16949.

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Required Language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia , English.

- Ability to multitasking & work Independently.

-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing /Business Development or equivalent.

-Good written and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.

-Posses initiative , self monitoring , team player and able to work independently.

-Good Interpersonal skills.

-Posses own transport.
