Job description

1.)notify supplier of discrepancy if statement does not match purchase invoice.

2.)Responsible for purchase administration and order processing

3.)Track status of any orders and monitor supplier on time delivery

4.)handle customer enquiries and feedback.

5.)Replenishment of stock (Daily & monthly).

6.)check inventory and monitor stock inventory level.

7.)handle and help assits any other from of support activities.

8.)Reporting to the sale manager, candidate is responsible for processing of purchase order, and invoicing.

9.)Assist field sales in Quotation and coordination with customers.

10.)work with cross-functional teams involving field sales ,account & It support.

11.) Maintain E-marketing.

11.)Other duties as assigned.
                    

Requirements

Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are expected.
-interdependently & self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
-candidate is comfortable with IT and systems working environment.
-able to work under pressure
