Job description
- Responsible for managing regulatory compliance activities in Malaysia and export countries for nutritional food and health supplements.
- Manage timely regulatory submission and approvals, provide regulatory and technical advice, review labelling and advertising materials, and maintain regulatory databases.
- Actively engages in emerging regulatory issues and changes to current regulations through connecting with government, relevant industrial and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure that products, ingredients, and claims meet mandatory regulatory requirements.
- Proactively research, analyse, disseminate and maintain market intelligence information from a variety of data sources;
- Use market research information to enhance sales success with potential clients.
- Identify new business leads and potential clients; and assist sales team in qualification of leads
- Attend to all incoming calls and enquiries in office during absence of sales personnel and ensure they are attended to promptly and accurately;
- Support clients and customers on operations
- Other office administration jobs as required
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the food or nutrition industry working in the areas of regulatory affairs, product development and nutrition.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Experience of sales & marketing in health food manufacturing industry is added advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
Applicants must posses own transport
