- Handle daily accounts recording functions, monthly bank reconciliation and data entries to the accounting system accurately. - Handle daily administrative support including incoming calls and ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by Management - Manage office operation & inventory control & checking - Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filling - Review of transactions and documentation for compliance with statutory requirements. - Assist Operation Manager as needed. - Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- At least LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. - Required Language : Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English - Required Skill : Good problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing, discriminatory judgement, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong computer experience with multiple windows-based systems (ie. Ms office), Computer literate with keyboarding skills. Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative. - At least 2 year(s) working experience in related field is required. - Full time position are available.
