Job description

- Prepare DR ( Deviation Request Form- Concession ).

- Liaise with customer for sample submission. 

- Prepare sample / delivery Sample.

- Prepare cutting length,SDM drawing and Working Instruction.

- Prepare FA/ISIR package.

- Prepare Process control plan.

- Prepare FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis).

- Prepare Process Flow.

- ISIR measurement documentation.

- Prepare Pull-Force data.

- Prepare caution point.

- Prepare equipment (E.G Machine,Jig,Tool And Fixture).

- Process Standard Time.

- Follow pp FA/ISIR Approval and collect sample / approval of report from customer.

- Monitor and follow up delivery for EB1 build till PP build.

- Monitor and improve production process capability.

                    

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a diploma,Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering(Others)  Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 

- Required skill(s):ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO/TS 16949.

- At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Required Language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia , English.

- Ability to multitasking & work Independently.

- Good written and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.

- Posses initiative , self monitoring , team player and able to work independently.

- Good Interpersonal skills.

- Posses own transport.
