•Ability to conduct a survey over the phone in a professional manner. 
•Read the survey script accurately over the phone. 
•Capture all respondents’ data accurately in verbatim, which includes responses, addresses and respondents’ personal details.
•Confirming and verifying all responses, which include spelling of responses, addresses and personal details.
                    

Requirements

•Proficiency & comprehension of English, Chinese & Malay language 
•Ability to type English: minimum 25 words per minute 
•Aptitude Test - Ability to communicate 
•Ability to adhere to roster
