Job description

1)To develop / control of work / method study & process flow efficiency improvement to achieve optimum production capacity / capability, quality and cost saving.
2)To improve work ship/ methods for the optimized utilization of production facilities, processes, product and resources.
3)To implement of projects / improvement of new / existing production processes/ facilities and new product development.
4)Responsible to perform analysis on process related issues and provide solutions for trouble-shooting and root cause problem solving.
5)Determine and coordinate quality control objections, methods and activities to resolve production problem, maximize product reliability and minimize cost.
6)Responsible for planning and identifying process change, equipment & fixture for new project/ processes to maximize utilization of machine capability, quality, and productivity improvement plan.
7)Execute continuous improvement product/system setup and manufacturing to define adequate process controls of product development cycles and new products process development.
8)Assist in develop project and compile engineering reports.
9)Liaise with inter-departments for continual improvement project.
10)Perform any other ad-hoc duties when needed by Management.

                    

Requirements

1)	Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent.
2)	Knowledge in machine development will be added advantage.
3)	Independent, self-motivated and resourceful individual with good interpersonal skills.
4)	Require skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
5)	Required Language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia , English , Mandarin
6)	Applicants must be willing to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
