Job description

1.	To conduct R&D testing on new materials and processes, while trying to cost down on existing processes.
2.	Capable of supervising and checking the work of QA department to make decision for acceptance / rejection of products, to make initiate action for customer complaint.
3.	As a platform between management, sales and production.
4.	To assist sourcing, purchasing and conducting studies for chemicals and raw material.
5.	To assist QA Department in customer’s or In house meeting.
6.	To assist in supervising, coordinating and establish effective quality assurance operating procedure and product quality reliability standard.
7.	To ensure the product conformance to specified requirement and responsible for providing acceptable product to Customer.
8.	Assist on prepare report on the departmental performance of ISO 9001 QMS objective target to QMR.
9.	To implement and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
10.	Perform other job requested by the management as and when required. 
                    

Requirements

1.	Several years experience in similar position.
2.	Must have strong communications, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
3.	Able to communicate with all levels effectively.
4.	Able to work independently, work under pressure.
5.	Min Degree in similar field or equivalent and able to operate computer.
6.	Able to understand ISO 9001 requirement.
