Job description
1. Assist DQMR for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
2. Representing the management during certification and surveillance audits
3. Ensure that the organization’s QMS conforms to customers, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirement.
4. Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained.
5. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
6. Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audit, corrective actions), including the need for improvement
7. Conduct periodic management review meetings.
8. Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product quality.
9. Time to time review of all the functions, to check the effective implementation of Quality Management system.
Requirements
1. Able to understand ISO requirement.
2. Must display a professional attitude, strong interpersonal, communication, relation building skills and reliable individual with personal integrity.
