Job description
• Responsible to prepare project file. (Content: Letter of Awards, Bill of Quantity, Tender Drawing and Schedule) handling over to project department.
• To prepare “Sub contractor Statement” for individual Sub Contractor to facilitate claim.
• To prepare invoices and progress claims to customer.
• Responsible for the preparation of project cost estimates.
• Claims & V.O for Projects.
• Updates payment for project to Managing Director
