Job description

1. Handle Account Payable / Account receivable statement and other accounting functions.
2. Responsible for the coordination and management of financial work such as petty cash. 
3. To assist daily accounting & operation task, date entry, filing & documentation.
4. Responsible for keeping the necessary original records of the procurement work, doing statistics and reporting regularly to director.
5. Assist to prepare financial documents such as invoices, monthly report, etc.
6. To handle debt collection & using call for follow up payment.
7. To complete the works assigned by leaders and urgent work.
                    

Requirements

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): AutoCount Software, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Mandarin Speaking are advantage.
- Must possess at least LCCI or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is a bonus.
- Able to work as a team. Able to communicate and coordinate as a team.
- Patient, Responsible and Enthusiasm.
- Preferably live nearby our company (skudai area) are advantage.
