*To handle with incoming and outgoing calls. *Prepare quotation, invoices, cash sales, purchasing and perform other related duties as requested. *To coordinate with delivery arrangement. *Monitor customer account for non-payment and delayed payment. *Analyses discrepancies and unpaid invoices *Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
*Must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma holder in any field with at least 1 to 2 years of Administrative. *Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia And English *Computer literate, able to use Words, Excel & SQL Software’s *Able to work as a team and independently *Good attitude, positive, high integrity and responsible.
