Job description
Advises and carries out functions relating to recruitment, placement, staff performance, promotion, compensation, and employee relationships with management.
Tasks include:
-managing personnel records, statutory and relevant human resource information systems;
-Tracking monthly attendance, claims, leave record
-conduct interviews with employees, write a description of the post.
-Managing in Insurance & Permit Renewal of foreign workers (MyEG, FOMEMA,
Immigration)
-perform general clerical duties
-perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
Have at least 1 Year's experience in Human Resource
Have good communication skills (BM, ENG)
Have an experience using web based HR System
Available to work at Jalan Klang Lama, KL
