- Managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant sales information. - Respond to complaints from customers and after-sales support. - Handle processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness. - Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. - Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
- Degree in Business Administration. Prior work experience in Petroleum / Chemical Industry would be added advantage. - Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions. - Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. - Adequate verbal and written communication skills. - Good computer skills (MS Office). - Well-organized and responsible. - Aptitude in problem-solving and a team player.
