Job description

1. Assist supervisor in handling basic office correspondence, document records, documents, etc.
2. Assist supervisor in handling office size matters.
3. Responsible for the company's procurement of materials and equipment.
4. Responsible for checking the quality and quantity of purchased materials.
5. Responsible for recording worker attendance.
6. To complete the works assigned by leaders and urgent work.

工作范围:
1.协助主管处理基本的办公室信件,文件记录,单据等。
2.协助主管处理办公室事务。
3.负责公司的物资和设备采购。
4.负责检查所购材料的质量和数量核对工作。
5.负责记录员工出勤情况。
6.完成领导交办的工作和紧迫工作。
                    

Requirements

-Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office,Excel,Word,Powerpoint
-Able to work as a team. Able to communicate and coordinate as a team.
-Patient, Responsible and Enthusiasm.

-必须拥有至少SPM /文凭或同等学历。
