Job description
a. Manage incoming and outgoing calls
b. Check and revert email
c. Manage and update company website, social media, and back-end of application
d. Generate sales leads through social media
e. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
• Excellent in computer literate with competency in Microsoft and Google applications
• Excellent in generating sales leads through social media such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
