Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for Lab management.To ensure that laboratory staffs are trained on test methods and QA inspection procedures as per MQP.
Develop necessary standards, standards operating procedure (SOPs), and working instruction (WI) for QA Team. 
Ensure finished product quality and microbiological are within the specification and released in accordance with the relevant procedure. 
In charge of troubleshooting problems related to product quality and communicate with relevant parties for process control adjustment
Preparation of daily sensory evaluation for Finish goods, incoming material, and accelerated shelf-life study.
Conduct GMP training and ensure operation staff comply with GMP and Hygiene practice
To carry out and prepare a report on factory inspection findings including external warehouse on a monthly basis
To assist in the investigation the root cause of customer complaint
To monitor all analytical equipment, apparatus are to be appropriately maintained and calibrated as required schedule.
Conduct on the job training for QA lab technician, supervisor, and Microbiologist
To assist in conducting Induction training to new workers 
To arrange on the pre-shipment sample, yearly schedule sample verification, and send samples for external testing.
To issue the Certificate Of Analysis (COA) for the finished products.
To in-charge and monitor the performance of Pest control either by the external contractor or internal monitoring.
Any other duties assigned by Superior from time to time
                    

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing/ QA Operation, preferably Executive/Supervisors in Food & Beverage industries.
Job role in QC/QA
Knowledge of product line and manufacturing processes, general knowledge of food industry (Hazard Analysis HACCP), process Control procedures/manual.
A mature personality with high integrity and modesty.
Able to work independently.
Computer literate including Microsoft Office.
