Job description
・Prepares presentations and other related tasks
・Experiences in Construction & Property will be an added advantage
・Ability to work under pressure, filter information and assess priorities
・Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, agendas and minutes of meetings and assist in the preparation of any materials required for meetings
・Able to manage and administer general, Board and Committee meetings including preparation of agenda and papers as well as drafting of minutes thereafter
・Secretarial and administrative tasks such as drafting letters and memos, maintaining a proper filing system, screening of calls, attending to correspondences, tracking and arranging of documents for signature, management and organization of MD’s office with ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while providing consistent and professional service
Requirements
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Quantity Survey with minimum 3 years related work experience
• Multi-lingual with excellent communication skills and able to interact effectively during tender interviews
• Familiar with pre and post tendering procedures and verification of site measurement quantities
• Able to negotiate on prices and vigilant on budgetary control
• Familiar with the various MS applications
