To generate an exceptional customer service experience, by providing telephone, online and email service to existing or prospective clients and to provide an extra level of service at every customer interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
                    

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Possess good written and communication skills in English
• Possess at least a SPM / STPM
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
