- Answer telephone calls - Interact and communicate with customers, superiors and coordinates to answer questions, take orders and deliver information - Daily update of databases including filing, mailing and inventory - Basic bookkeeping such as following up payment, manage records of transactions - Manage schedule - Handle incoming and outgoing machinery and equipment - Operate office equipment such as computers, photocopy machine etc. - Stock and inventory keeping - Prepare and mail bills or documents - Ensure cleanliness of workplace
- Minimum SPM or equivalent required - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and accounting software - Able to communicate in English and Malay
