Job description

1. Answering and transferring phone calls
2. Taking phone messages from clients
3. Sending emails to clients
4. Forwarding emails from clients to the appropriate recipient
5. Handling client concerns and complaints
6. Business correspondence
7. Greeting visitors in the office
8. Sending emails
9. Completing customer service tasks such as placing orders for customers and explaining products and services
10. Writing in shorthand
11. Communicating with upper management
12. Communicating with other employees
                    

Requirements

1. Fresh Graduate are welcome
2. Candidate MUST possess at least SPM
3. No experience required
4. Willing to learn
5. Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, 
    Excel, and PowerPoint
