Junior Executive

Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
Johor
-To attend the shipment & documentation with
Customer, Custom, Internal staff, warehouse, Port & etc.
(Monitoring & update shipments status)
-To prepare custom declaration K1/K2/K3/K8/K9/ZB1/ZB2/ZB3 & related.
-To Coordinate & liaise with transportation & haulage for delivery/collection cargo/container.
-Knowledge on others system will be added advantage.
(Permit, COO, Form D/E, FOSIM etc)
-To ensure all SOP created, work flow, billing & etc are done in a timely manner

Requirements
-Candidate Must Possess at least SPM holder & above.
-Required skill(s):
Basic Computer Knowledge is Compulsory.
Familiar with custom documents & system.
-Require language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
(Mandarin will be added advantage).
-Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in forwarding industry.
-Capable of working independently, proactive, self-motivated and pleasant personality.
-Full time positions available.
