- Report and assisting office manager - Provide administrative support to Managing Director and General Manager - Answer and redirect phone calls - Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, forms and emails - Maintain and upkeep of office filling systems, hardcopy filling and uploading to server as per requested - Coordinate on visa application, air ticket and hotel booking arrangement for company's business trips
- Knowledge of basic computer, Microsoft office, English and Chinese - Without working experience may apply
