Job description

* To work closely with production planning in daily production schedule.
* To monitor daily production process, batching to ensure work instructions and formulations are strictly adhered to minimize defects, wastage and delayed of products.
* To work closely with maintenance team to ensure machinery are maintained in good conditions and are productively utilized.
* Responsible to monitor production rejection, wastage & efficiency.
* Responsible for all document related with ISO9001/IATF 16949 and update it follow any new added or changes item.
* To troubleshoot the production process and work closely with QA Department in any product quality defects investigation.
* To prepare drawing for machine tooling, factory layout or others item that related and need to in drawing format.
* Involve in all new projects and also support in related document for APQP Team
* Involve in Oil Plant Process
* Participant as a Safety & Health Committee and involve any Safety activities.
* Participant in ISO 14001 activities and prepare for all related document.
                    

Requirements

# Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
# At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position however, Fresh Graduates are most welcome to apply.
# Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. (Japanese language is an added advantage)
Computer literate - Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
# Posses own transport and willing to travel.
# Have strong technical and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal project execution and implementation.
# Open minded to new technologies, knowledge sharing, experiences and processes.
