 Provide post-sales maintenance support on servers and operating system at customer locations
 Troubleshooting and replacement of hardware.
 Troubleshooting of operating system.
 Perform preventive and proactive maintenance
 Escalation and management of complex issues.
Ideally, candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience and possesses the following:
 At least Degree in IT or related discipline
 Preferable with experience in supporting Wintel servers
 Linux/Windows server field support experience will be considered
 Perform non-office hour scheduled activities if needed
 Good oral and written communication skills
