Job description

Handle and support Director on daily administrative, operational and confidential matters.

Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings.

Conduct weekly meeting with Directors to discuss company business's operation.

Attend meeting with Directors and follow up on progress assignment.

Ability to travel.
                    

Requirements

Degree in marketing, business management or its equivalent.

Fresh Graduate working experience in a managerial position.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be creative and detail orientated.

Possess own transport with valid license.

Able to start in short notice period is a plus.
