To supervise the establishment, implement and maintain of quality assurance system such as MESTI, HALAL and etc.
To establish and update SOP of lab and production.
To provide training to internal staffs.
Handle MESTI, HALAL audit.
To work closely with production team for production related issues.
To initiate research and development efforts to create new products.
To carry out R&D projects such as formulations, sample preparation and sensory evaluation.
To involve in experimental data analysis, presentation and report writing.
Any task or duties assigned by management from time to time.
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or any related degree from a recognized university.
At least ONE year of working experience in food industry (QA/ R&D Department).
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin will be an advantage.
Able to work under pressure, prioritize task, multitasking, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills, detailed oriented personality.
