- To carry out R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation - To initiate research & development efforts to create new products - To establish/ maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredients list, nutritional fact) and documents of all projects and samples status on time - To conduct and monitor the preparation of prototype/ sample and to determine the process specifications predetermined in the lab - To improve and revise existing product formulations and process if necessary to optimize productivity and cost - Selection and quality control of raw materials used in products -Development new product and improve existing, costing,packing etc
- Related study in Food Science/ Food Technology - Must have relevant food technology education and experience - Posses own transportation and able to work at Klang Area
