1. To study tender documents, preparation of project, synopsis, prepare feasibility report 2. To study and interpret Engineering drawings and technical specifications 3. To prepare detailed costs estimation for products, project and services 4. To prepare documentation to support time/costs/materials/engineering hours estimation 5. To review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work 6. To support technically in review of design packages and drawings 7. To assist Project Manager with bid analysis and contact negotiation on changes and adjustments to cost estimates 8. To upgrade on changing developments in estimating advances by reviewing technical literature, contact with contractors, visits to construction sites and attending professional and technical meetings. 9. To prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers/vendors/contractors and sub-contractors.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English - Good communication skills - Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills especially in written and spoken English - Possess a highly organized skill and able to multi-task - Computer literate
