• Overall after sales service and maintenance for company products in Singapore
• Build up new customer base and maintain existing accounts
• Accept assigned tasks
• Report to maintenance manager
• Understand customer requirements and formulate proposals with internal services team.
• Attend and resolve customer complaints regarding faults and service
• Required skill(s): Public relationship, public Presentations, interpersonal and communication.
• Required language(s): Chinese and English
• Proficiency: Excel, Words and PowerPoint
