Sales:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understanding customer needs and wants
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives & manager for further development and closure
- Assist sales executive manager to prepare quote & tender
- Achieve KPI & quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects & clients
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Marketing:
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Promotional activities
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Organising events and product exhibitions
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
- Monitoring performance
- Managing campaigns on social media.
o Proven inside sales & customer service skills & experience
o Track record of over-achieving quota
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and networking ability phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
o Proficient IT skills, creativity and writing skills
o Good organisation and planning skills
o Experience working with CRM
o Strong attention to detail, listening and presentation skills
o Adaptability
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
o Flexibility to extra work hours, nights or weekends.
o Persistence, being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
o Good teamwork skills
o BA/BS diploma, degree or equivalent
