-As a leasing assistant, the main objective of this position is to support the lettings HODs on leasing administrative matters and client's enquiries.
- Coordinate and follow up on viewing appointments.
- Resolve clients' enquiries and requests.
- Manage and maintain all registration of tenants and property details in system.
- Ensure tenants and property details are up to date in system.
Develop a long term business relationship with clients.
- Possessing Form5, SPA
- Computer literate
- Excellent client management skills with confidence.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Preference language English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
