Responsibilities:
- To service and co-ordinate all order related activities to meet customers' requirements.
- To achieve timely response and delivery to customers.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email and other channel.
- Keeping accurate records of discussion or correspondence with customers.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
- Strong client facing and communication skills.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
