-Overlook the whole production activities and report to top management for a better production. -Acknowledge all department problems and identify the root cause. -Follow-up all issues with the department heads until there is a solution and make sure there is no downtime in production. -Come out with preventive measures for zero downtime -Implement a smoother and more effective HACCP Programme -Manage workers' arrangements -To ensure all workers know the company rules and regulation as well as quality standard.
-At least SPM or above -Experience at least 1 year in Food Industry -Has knowledge on HACCP and GMP -At least 2-3 years working as Supervisor -Able to work on 6 days working day
