- Handle daily office administration works
- Issue Purchase Order, Sales Order, Quotation, Deliver Order
- Attend incoming calls and redirect calls when necessary
- Coordinate and supporting sales team / customers / suppliers
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties when necessary
- Proficient in using basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, internet)
- Required language : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English, *Hokkien (or any other dialects will be an advantage)
- Able to multi-task
- Good Attitude / Willing to learn
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivation, team player and able to work independently
- Candidates with related working experience/ fresh graduates are highly preferable
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributions in accordance with Malaysian law
