Job description

1. Formulate the marketing plan and sales plan of the sales team according to the company's marketing strategy, and promote the implementation;

2. Develop new customers, guide and help sales team members establish close customer relationships, and maintain good relationships;

3. Manage the daily work of the sales team and supervise the sales progress;

4. Complete the team sales task indicators issued by the company, and promote the team to complete;

5. Training team members on marketing plan, product plan and sales skills;

6. Strong team management ability, master the progress of the sales team's work, the establishment of customer relationships, and the completion of sales tasks, and provide strong work guidance to the team members.
                    

Requirements

1. Public relations, marketing, advertising and other related majors;

2. More than 3 years of sales and sales team management experience in advertising, media or real estate industry is preferred;

3. Have a strong sense of coordination and maintain good communication with other departments of the company;

4. Strong customer development ability and communication and coordination ability, able to independently complete the public relations of senior leaders of customers;

5. Accumulation of customer resources, industry background and channel relationship, rich contacts and stable customer resources are preferred;

6. Have a deep understanding of the characteristics of the Internet, TV and other media, and have a strong sense of marketing;

7. Hardworking, active, not afraid of pressure and challenges, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and have a good sense of teamwork.
