* Process each manpower requisition and manage full spectrum of
recruitment function to ensure successful fulfilment of each
vacancy within given time frame.
* Identify training and development needs within the organization
through job analysis, performance management plan and regular
consultation with department managers
* Responsible for administering all HRD Corp related program
applications and claim processes.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training or any other action
taken in ensuring the competency of employees to perform work
effecting product quality
* Assist the implementation of HR policies and procedures as per
the government rules and regulations
* Preparing for internal and external audits to ensure that all
required documents are collected and maintained accurately to
align with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2015
* Tracked daily time attendance, managed leave records and
prepare monthly attendance report together with medical
utilization record.
* Participate and coordinate any employee engagement
campaigns/events for continuous improvement
* Manage foreign workers issues and update records of the
permit/passport expiry date from time to time and take
necessary actions for renewal or termination of service
* Perform others duties as instructed by the Management from time
to time
# Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in human
resources or business administration, Psychology or related
studies
# Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply and with 2 years of
experience in HR field
# Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia in spoken and
written.
# Basic or Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Ms Word, Ms
PowerPoint, Ms Excel and etc.)
# Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Labour Law and
practices, Industrial Relations Act, other Government statutory
requirements, etc
# Possesses own transportation
