Job description
Consolidate and organize quotation to customers.
Process sales order, invoices, delivery orders and related documents
Attend incoming phones, email, Whatsapp and messaging from customers
Maintaining positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales
Entering order information into the company database
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any fields.
At least 1 Year Experience work in the same or similar field
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Can multitask, organize and prioritize work
Able to work in individually and willing to work as a team
