Job description

• Participants and engage in the repair and maintenance, installation as per schedule and corrective maintenance work such as kitchen equipment, freezer, chiller, gas and ovens, ice machinery, ventilation system, water supply system, sewage system, sewage treatment plants, Medical Gases system & Air compressor, Nurse Call Bell System, UPS System, PABX system, Gen-Set system, Plumbing system, Air Condition System, Building and carpentry.

• Able to do electrical wiring work as per Suruhanjaya Tenaga’s standard and participate in maintenance and repair of all electrical devices, electrical equipment, facility systems and split unit air conditioner.

• Need to supervise and guide the sub-contractors for projects to ensure in compliance to design, specification, and regulatory requirements.
                    

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/SPVM qualification.
• Recognized Wireman PW4 is an added advantage.
• Preferably with 5 years of working experience in the field of facilities & maintenance.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
