Job description

1. Supervise a group of operators and technicians.
2. Ensure operators and technicians perform their jobs as per clients’ 
   requirements.
3. Backup operation team whenever necessary.
4. Visit to clients’ plant for operation checking, performance monitoring 
   and meeting with operators, technicians and clients.
5. Provide on-site training to operators and technicians to enhance their  
   skills.
6. Attend to operational problems and assist in operation 
   troubleshooting.
7. Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and performance of 
   operators and technicians.
8. Perform scheduled site visit to client’s plant to access the plant 
   performance and feedback for improvement.
9. Perform calibration of pH sensor, DO sensor and etc.
10.Prepare work schedule, attendance summary report, site visit report, 
   monitoring & testing report and etc.
11.Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Deskripsi Kerja: 
1. Menyelia sekumpulan operator dan juruteknik.
2. Memastikan operator dan juruteknik melaksanakan tugas mereka mengikut 
   keperluan pelanggan.
3. Beri bantuan pasukan operasi apabila perlu.
4. Lawatan ke kilang pelanggan untuk semakan operasi, pemantauan prestasi 
   dan pertemuan dengan operator, juruteknik dan pelanggan.
5. Memberi latihan di tapak kepada operator dan juruteknik untuk 
   meningkatkan kemahiran mereka.
6. Menguruskan masalah operasi dan membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah 
   operasi.
7. Memantau kehadiran, ketepatan masa, disiplin dan prestasi operator dan 
   juruteknik.
8. Lakukan lawatan tapak berjadual ke kilang pelanggan untuk mengakses 
   prestasi kilang dan maklum balas untuk penambahbaikan.
9. Lakukan penentukuran sensor pH, sensor DO dan lain-lain.
10.Menyediakan jadual kerja, laporan ringkasan kehadiran, laporan lawatan 
   tapak, laporan pemantauan & ujian dan lain-lain.
11.Sebarang tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan.


                    

Requirements

Requirements: 
1. Diploma/Degree in Environmental Engineering/Chemistry and related 
   competencies at WWTP. Preferable with CePIETSO certificate.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in managing WWTP or utility 
   maintenance industry. 
3. Outstation Travel required; able to perform shift work if necessary.
4. Able to work under minimized supervision.
5. High motivated and able to work independently.
