Responsible for Halal Certificate renewal and its processes
Develop and implement halal compliance policies and procedures
Develop internal halal committee (IHC)
Ensure materials and processing processes comply with halal standards and guarantee systems
Monitor changes in halal standards
                    

Requirements

Studied in Food Technology / Food Science or related
Certified Halal Executive, recognised by JAKIM
Basic Cooking Experience
