Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.
Identify and fulfil customer needs, resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Call and meet customers to go through project briefing by providing design advices and convey the briefing to operations team.
Collaborate with internal support team and external service providers to address customer concerns and improve service delivery beyond satisfactory level.
Must possess experience in Interior Design sales field
Strong interest in Interior Design decorations and space planning
Clear communication ability in Chinese and English
Positive working attitude, self-motivated, independent
Added advantage if with experience in 3D rendering software
