Job description
Accounting & Finance Support
• Prepare and manage project-based invoices, including invoice submission, tracking and approval follow-ups via client billing portals/platforms
• Support daily bookkeeping, including data entry of invoices, expenses, receipts
• Assist in e-Invoicing preparation, submission, and documentation
Administrative & Office Operations
• General office administration and supplies management including vendor coordination for cleaning and equipment servicing
• Assist with HR-related admin such as leave and training records
• Arrange meeting logistics, and event support when required
• Support project managers with administrative tasks such as formatting, printing, binding, distribution of reports
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of experience in accounts/admin roles (consulting or professional services is an advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (SQL or similar)
• Meticulous, organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good command of English and BM; strong interpersonal and communication skills
