Job description
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements to screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers.
Conduct the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, collecting necessary documents, and registering them with statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
Assist with the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Coordinate with external vendors for office and warehouse maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
Assist in managing the fleet administrative tasks, such as road tax and insurance renewals.
Prepare and issue official documents such as memos, letters, and reports as required.
Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and operations team as needed.
