Job description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end factory construction projects: planning, design coordination, approvals, construction, and final acceptance.
Oversee architectural and equipment foundation design quality, liaising with design institutes, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
Manage project progress, cost, quality, and safety to ensure on-time and high-standard delivery.
Handle project approvals and permits, maintain good relations with government authorities, and ensure smooth compliance.
Coordinate equipment delivery and installation (e.g., vacuum furnaces, heating furnaces, testing equipment, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial or factory construction projects; Southeast Asia project experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of factory construction process, equipment foundation design, and project management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to drive projects independently.
Fluent in Mandarin; PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
