1) Client Acquisition and Relationship Management;
- Identify and approach new potential clients such as restaurant, supermarket and food service providers
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or service
2) Product Knowledge;
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Japanese Frozen Food product
- Knowledge of ingredients preparation methods and unique selling is a plus
3) Order Processing and Coordination;
- Handle order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Coordinate with the logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales management in a B2B or B2C
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
