- Work closely with sales team on preparing sales quotation, process and follow up on client's order, stock forecast & planning.
- Overseeing calls, emails, and mail and checking the order have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers.
- To coordinate and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibility that assigned from time to time by the superior.
                    
                    
- Candidate must at least pass SPM or equivalent with relevant working experience
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), Mandarin (advantageous)
- At least knowledge of MS Office software and computer literate in proficiency level are required.
- Willing to learn and self-discipline and initiative
- Must possess own car transport
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
