Run errands as requested.
Draft and filter correspondence such as emails, contract and agreement.
Reminding important tasks and deadlines.
Liaising with clients.
Compiling and preparing reports.
Miscellaneous task to support their manager.
Conducting research.
Assist in managing staff.
Assist in doing outdoor sales. (Can be discussed)
Requirements
Minimum education: Diploma and above
Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Skills required: Time Management, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Confidentiality
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be a party of confidential information.
Excellent oral and communication skills.
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Good paperwork skills.
Proven work experience as a Personal assistant. (Bonus)
English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency. (Bonus)
