Job description
Rotate through key departments (e.g. Operations, Sales, Marketing,) to gain a broad understanding of business functions.
Support day-to-day operations and assist in managing ongoing projects.
Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
Assist in identifying process improvements and proposing solutions.
Work closely with supervisors and senior managers to understand business strategies.
Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to build communication and problem-solving skills.
Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Chinese as an added advantage.
Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal copywriting skills.
Basic customer service skills.
Good time management skills.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
